Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, I'm happy to help. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in like-new condition. Just reach out to me at hello@altrujewelry.com to kick things off — please don't ship anything back before reaching out first, as unrequested returns won't be accepted.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Items must be shipped back (label scanned) within 30 days of delivery
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Exchanges ship free!
- Returns — the cost of the $5 return label will be deducted from your refund
Damages or wrong items: Please take a peek at your order when it arrives, and if anything looks off — damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — let me know right away so I can make it right.
Refunds: Once I've received and inspected your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little additional time to process it on their end.
A couple of exceptions: Unfortunately, I'm not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Repairs
Jewelry gets worn, and sometimes little things happen — a chain snaps, a jump ring splits, life goes on. If a piece breaks within 60 days of purchase, just reach out and I'll do my best to fix it or make it right. I stand behind what I make!
After 60 days, don't hesitate to reach out anyway — I'll always try to help where I can.
