Many pieces in the shop are made to order, so please allow up to 5 days for your item to be crafted before it's packed up and sent your way. Just shoot me an email at hello@altrujewelry.com if you need it sooner, and I'll do my best to make it happen!

A little note on packaging: I reuse the small plastic bags my bead supplies come in whenever I can. So if you open your package and find a little baggie in there, it's likely reused — just doing my part!

International Shipping

Altru Jewelry now ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select countries in Europe including the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, and Denmark. I'm so grateful for the global ALS community and excited to finally be able to get pieces to you wherever you are.

International orders are processed in your local currency at checkout. Duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout through our international shipping partner — no surprise fees at your door.

Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive depending on your country's customs processing. Once your package leaves my hands, transit times are outside my control, but I'll always do everything I can to help if something goes sideways.

A note on USPS: Once your package leaves my hands, it's in USPS's care — and while I wish I could control what happens next, I can't! Occasionally packages are delayed, get lost in transit, or are returned to sender, and unfortunately that's out of my control. That said, I never want you to be left hanging. If something seems off with your shipment, please reach out to me at hello@altrujewelry.com and I'll do everything I can to help sort it out. I can't guarantee outcomes on USPS's end, but I'll always go to bat for you where I can!
