All metal components are crafted from stainless steel. Gold styles feature an 18k gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) finish — a process that bonds gold to the metal at a molecular level for a harder, longer-lasting result than traditional plating. The finish is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and tarnish-resistant, making it perfect for everyday wear.   • Stainless steel jewelry is water resistant, however, to prolong the life of your jewelry, it is not recommended to shower with it. No jewelry is completely waterproof, and removing it before you shower will help make sure it lasts a long time.
